Sahrai Armchair is a modern seating piece designed by the famous designer Christophe Pillet and inspired by the characteristic "X" shape of the director's chair. This horizontally turned "X" form forms the basic structure of the chair and gives it a unique aesthetic. Its soft cushions covered in leather or fabric and its lacquered steel frame combine both comfort and elegance. The leather armrests detailed with fine workmanship add a sophisticated touch to the chair. Sahrai Armchair is ideal for use in both domestic and commercial spaces thanks to its minimalist and elegant design. The Sahrai Armchair was designed by Christophe Pillet for Italian furniture brand Frag in 2016. Pillet has revived the iconic form of the traditional director's chair by turning its "X" shape horizontally, giving it a modern twist. The Sahrai collection includes pieces such as a lounge armchair, a pouffe and a coffee table, all of which reflect the same design language.
